At Lubbers’ Landing it’s all about new and fresh food and drinks. We decided it was time to add a new item to the drink menu so we stepped into the lab and put our lab coats on (the bar and board shorts). If you are unaware a blue hole is a natural wonder down here in Abaco that National Geographic has done a piece on. So we were inspired to use some local vibe and add a creative twist to it and what did we get, the Blue Hole! It’s a very refreshing drink on a hot day with a rum base, not to tart and not to sweet.
